We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Sr. Manager, New Business & Marketing, to build on our considerable growth. This role will be critical in leading that charge and further cementing our disruptive position in today’s changing market. This role will be an integral part of the community’s growth team and will report to the Head of Growth. This person should have previous new business/growth experience, ideally at a creative agency, excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills, and be a proven and proactive leader capable of qualifying, managing, and helping convert new business opportunities. This is a pivotal role that operates at the intersection of the community’s growth directly with potential new partners and through Publicis Groupe. We are looking for someone who can confidently interact with brand marketers and Publicis stakeholders to critically assess and qualify opportunities. This role will be responsible for creating agency marketing materials in the form of case studies, credentials decks, and newsletters, which requires a great deal of coordination with internal community account teams. The role will also be integral to our pitches, helping develop and implement a path to victory. There is ample occasion for this role to be involved with proactive prospecting, upper funnel outreach, and lead generation.

the community is looking for a Business Operations Manager, who is a proactive self-starter with the ability to drive and oversee various operational projects to manage the client relationship as well as the internal financial planning and data entry into our budget tracking systems. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to partner with internal cross-functional teams. You should have a strong understanding of both client needs, business needs and understanding of data analysis for financial management of your assigned projects. You are someone who gets it done. You can build, launch, and run a successful program, end-to-end, with all the nuances in between.

This role is responsible for client relationship on a day-to-day basis, managing junior team members, and owning the understanding of both client and The Community business objectives to create a successful business partnership. In this role, you will lead the relationship between the agency and the client to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met on a variety of ATL + BTL campaigns across traditional, digital and social. Additionally, you will lead client presentations as well as oversee client's ad budget. As VP, Group Account Director, you will be responsible for bringing to life integrated campaigns across traditional channels, digital, mobile and retail. You will provide fertile territory to pioneer innovative creative work. Moreover, you will utilize solid advertising and brand marketing leadership experience on exemplary brands as well as the knowledge, the ideas and the energy to create world class work. Serving as the primary client advisor on strategic marketing and communications, you will manage the relationship with client management, establishing project expectations and negotiating deliverables. You will also be responsible for developing and managing initiatives that grow the client's and the agency's business.
